Hi, I am looking for a web based solution so I can access charts when not on my personal computer. I currently use TradingView for this reason, but they don't offer calendar spreads unless you synthetically create them from the outrights. I trade a lot of calendar spreads so looking for a web-based charting platform (no software to download) that I can use to view these instruments. Thank you Tom |

I can help with this. Sierra Chart don't offer a web based platform but you might want to look at TT's mobile offering. Alternatively, you might want to set up a Windows virtual machine on a cloud hosting provider and access your charts via Remote Desktop. |

Thanks very much for the reply. I actually trade via TT’s web platform. But I do a lot of synthetic spreads and unless you pay for TT’s autospreader which is over $1000 a month you can only see charts for exchange listed outright products. With TradingView you can create your own spreads on a web platform so it’s great for that. But they don’t have exchange listed calendar spreads which I’m looking for to trade flys and other multi-legged spreads. Thanks again |

The answer at post #2 is not from Sierra Chart support. 1. With this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service We are going to be releasing web-based trading we expect before the end of the year. But this is a work in progress. It does support exchange traded spreads. And for custom spreads, there currently is this functionality: Spread Order Entry Study But we are developing the capability to trade custom spreads, in a way just like any other symbol. Thanks for the reply Sierra, Once you have the web based platform up and running with the spreader functionality i will certainly trial your software as it seems like a well priced alternative to TT/CQG. I'll await announcement of your web based platform. |
