I've spent the last hour being annoyed by this and I just can't figure out what's causing it. I'm exploring replay charts, but for reasons unknown to me one particular chart ("RTYZP [CB] 1min #3" according to the alert manager log) is triggering my default alert every time I press the skip button. The only "solution" I've found is to Mute All Alert Sounds in Alert Manager, but obviously that's not really ideal. Any ideas why this is happening and what to do about it? |

Just realized it also seems to be triggering the alert if I adjust the playback speed, though it's not as reliable as clicking the skip button. EDIT: It's triggering the alert with every new bar. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-10-26 00:13:39

Dealing with this again today... the only "solution" I've been able to find is to go into General Settings >> Alerts/General 3 and uncheck "Send E-Mail When This Alert Is Triggered" and also set "Number of Times to Play This Alert" to 0. Now I no longer hear the alert sound, nor do I get the email alert on every bar change. Obviously this is not a good long term approach since I rely on alerts during actual live trading. For now I will just have to remember to re-enable the alert when I'm going live. But I sure wish I knew why this was happening in Replay, and how to properly disable it only during replay trading.
