Recent Bid Volume and Last Bid Volume on the DOM

Hi Setting up the DOM in Sierra and apologies if it is Noob question but I'm relatively new to Orderflow. I ahve noticed there is a setting for Recent and Last traded Volume. I can't find documetation to tell me what the difference is so that I know what to use. Observing Recent seems to be the Volume traded at the currenct Bid and Ask, is there documenation that can help me with this?
