Dear SC Team,

I would like to be able to submit a manual order (be it limited, market, stop, OCO,...) on instrument A via the trade window on the chart and that this order once executed triggers a market order on instrument B.

The "trade and current quote symbol" with the associated "use as trade only symbol" of the Chart Settings>>Main Settings does not do what I am looking for.

1- The SC study "trading system based on alert condition" is much closer to what I would need but I did not find how to define an alert based on an order submitted via the trade window if this is possible at all.

2- I do not have a problem to create my own study in ACSIL but here again, I have not been able to find out in the documentation how to get the information out of the trade window.

Could you please give me some directions to search for?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards.

This is something you would need to develop in ACSIL. But we do not understand why you would need to access any information from the Trade Window. You would just need to find the working order and check to see if it has been filled. Once filled, submit the new order for the other symbol.

You will find the information to accomplish all of this on this page here:
