Good morning, sir. I activated my account on 2019-10-18. Today Sierra is not active "Trial expired". Shouldn't I be 14 days old? |

Your trial account has not been extended. We see that you have previously used Sierra Chart and have had at least 15 days of trial time. You will need to make a payment for usage time. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu. You can also go to this page in your browser: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password. 2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew. 3.
