Both the E-mini Dow and the Micro E-mini Dow futures charts bring up the message that the "symbol is unknown". A chart is pulled up when the symbol is keyed in, but it isn't streaming the data live. I've tried this and restarted Sierra Chart for the last couple of days and it will pull up data that shows up until a few hours before what would be live streaming of data at the current time of display. The DOM for the chart also displays no orders. I stream data through Rithmic and I'm enrolled in a data package that includes the CBOT data feeds. Any help is appreciated. |

You need to contact your broker about this. They will control the real-time data in this case.
