AMP Futures Charts Issues

Dear Sirs,

the charts of my live trading account at AMP Futures are not correct. There are missing some data for EUREX. Please check and correct that. Thank you very much in advance!

P.S.: by way of comparison: the Dax Future Chart from today in the morning. One shows the AMP Futures Chart and the other one the Live Trading chart of OpenECry. "Something" is missing at AMP.

Dear SC-Team,

I have got new server settings from AMP (already before I wrote this ticket here, but I havenĀ“t seen it early enough. Sorry!)

So this issue seems to be solved.

The issue could not be solved. We do see that there is missing historical Intraday data for EUREX for AMP. We will report this over to AMP.


Update: we have confirmed the problem and have reported this over to AMP. We notice that the EUREX data is beginning at 12:50 CET time. Rather than 8:00. This is something that we do not have control over.
