I am not getting a live quote on my charts. When I pull up a chart it gives me a quote but does not change after I bring up the chart.

You do not have the correct Service selected within Sierra Chart. You need to change the service through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Did your broker tell you what to use?
