While running the installer from Infinity Futures the files do not complete. I have sent the install Logs by clicking the Button at the top of the installer. Please advise.

We do not have the installer log and the fact that we do not have it tells us there may be a communication problem which is likely the problem. Make sure you disable any third-party firewall programs on your computer and try the installation again.
