Hi, there. I have prepared a Pdf with some questions that I can not solve. I can have your advice. I forgot to add another question in the pdf. Can I use Sierra with your data feed to scalping "ESZ19" for testing? Or do I need to apply for a demo account with Rithmic? Thanks again for your kind support. Sergio |

We definitely cannot give you a trial extension. If you require technical help, you must become a paid Sierra Chart user. Sierra Chart does not support Rithmic any longer. We will be offering a delayed data feed soon which can be used for trade simulation and will all be included in our Advanced service package. There is no other additional cost. We expect all of this to be out next month. The upcoming delayed simulation service is what is documented here but it will be delayed: Simulated Futures Trading Service You can also use Sierra Chart Trade Simulation Mode and chart replays: Trade Simulation Replaying Charts Regarding the PDF document: 1. Try installing Sierra Chart again from this page: Software Download To set up the shortcut, refer to: Software Download: Setting up Shortcut to Sierra Chart 2. Change the colors as you want: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM 3. You need to save your charts and configurations as a Chartbook: Chartbooks (Workspaces) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
