Dear Sierra, I think i found a bug regarding the „settlement price“ displayed on the Quote Board. -I am using Rithmic as DataFeed. -The „settlement price“ displayed on the „Historical Chart“ is Correct and that on the Quote Board not. Please Find the Description bellow. I have Screenshots of the „settlement price“ on the Quote Board from the last three days – and a comparison to the official Exchange settlement.See attached Pictures. This is a data feed issue. That particular field comes from Rithmic. We do not provide technical support for Rithmic. We definitively are not going to provide further support for Rithmic. We have formally delisted Rithmic from our website. The settlement price in a historical Daily chart is from a completely different source. Most likely Sierra Chart is using the last trade price from Rithmic rather than the settlement price. But this is not something we are able to change for technical reasons. The integration to Rithmic is no longer being maintained. In its current state, users should begin to migrate off of Rithmic in the coming months. We have a new TT based order routing service available, there is CQG, and we are also working on a new provider for our order routing service. Hello, what is with TopStep-Trader, is this available anyway? Because they use Rithmic as DataFeed. best regards Christian |

Rithmic can always be used, but we just have to be honest with our users, that the connection is not maintained and we do hear about problems. If you want to use Top Step Trader you can use it with Rithmic. That will always be available. We will never withdraw support for Rithmic. We just do not want to formally refer users to Rithmic. This is not meant to speak poorly of Rithmic in any way. The problem lies between the integration between Sierra Chart and Rithmic.
