Draw Style to Write to Value Scale

I need to write a custom value at Value Scale. Is there a way or draw style to do so? This value is calculated by my custom study. Example: At 1.0000 price level I want to print red-backgrounded 20 value at value scale. Value label option shows 1.0000 but I want to print 20. Thanks. |
