thanks, I'm familiar with fill space - that would be the part to the left of the prices on the chart. What I'm asking about is the space to the right - the padding between the numbers and the edge of the window.

In the attached image, the top chart has significant padding there but the bottom chart has barely any.

What you are referring to is automatically managed and cannot be controlled.

If you select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate you would probably notice the space between the price scale, and the right edge becomes less in that top chart.
