Hello, when i log in to sierra charts i see this [SIM] at the top of the window so does it mean i am not using the service i payed for? Am i using the simulator? Also i have two desktop icons "sierra chart" and "sierra chart 64" what is the difference? and if i am using oanda metatrader for Forex do i need to pay for any data feed? Thank you, |

The [SIM] at the top of the window means means Sierra Chart is in Trade Simulation Mode. This can be enabled or disabled. Refer to the information here: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes The icons are referencing the 32-bit and 64-bit (respectively) versions of Sierra Chart. You should use the 64-bit version unless there is some reason you cannot. You do not need to pay anything more for a data feed.
