Hi, I noticed that my tpo/regular charts have inaccurate data on at least one point: Date: 03/10/2019 Time:10 am (eastern) Symbol: ES-201912-Globex This was the moment of news coming in, ensuing in huge selloff. My charts on all time frames show the high of 10:00:00 period (15:00:00 in my chart as UK time) as 2887.00. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1570290105974.png My data feed is provided by IB, which have the high on their platform's charts at 2090.25. Tradingview also shows 2090.25. Windo trader also 2090.25. Thats obviously a huge difference with implications for trading ranges later on. I've tried out all the different reload/recalculate options without success. The rest of that day's 30 min periods highs/lows are accurate to +/-0.25 points. Please advise. |

You will want to re-download the data to correct the data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values Also refer to: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Using Sierra Chart Historical Data After that we recommend using this data feed to avoid any further problems: Denali Exchange Data Feed We definitely cannot help you with Interactive Brokers data and we do not recommend using it.
