With regards to ES options on futures the Currency Value Per Tick is being set to 5 from the Denali data feed. From my reading of the contract spec the value per tick should be 2.5 Can you please confirm if the feed is correct as is or if there is an error? Thank you |

Hello support Do you have a response to the above? Yesterday and today the tick value on the feed has changed from 5 to 2.49... and back again. Additionaly: 1. I have tried altering global settings -> symbol settings but the custom values are being ignored when opening a new DOM 2. If I set the chart settings -> auto set from data feed to unchecked and alter the symbol (eg to a different strike) the auto set from data feed option gets turned back on and the symbol settings all revert to the feed. I have to close the settings dialog and reopen it to be able to uncheck the auto set option and correct the relevant settings. Can you please help on these issues as I can't see a way of getting this to work in a useable manner. Thank you |
