Hello,

In the recent sierrachart updates, something has caused a major issue in the Bid & Ask Depth Bars study.

At exactly every 20 minutes, the depth bars candlesticks have a spike as if the orders on the depth go to zero and then back to normal.

I linked a screenshot below so you can see what i mean.

This is a blank 1 minute chart with only the bid & ask depth bars study on it. It is the same for other calculation methods in the study.

This never happened before recent updates and has nothing to do with my data provider as I have had 2 other people check this study with their data providers which are all different.

Can you please check what is causing the study to do this? This is essential to my trading.

Thank you

We don't see any further posting here, so we will assume you are using CQG and the reason for the problem is explained here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Market Depth Data

The reason we want you to use your current account when posting this message is so we have some context to go with the question. Otherwise there are some things we are just unaware of and making guesses.

But actually as we look at your screenshot we can tell you are using CQG. So the problem is the CQG data feed as explained.
