The release of streaming delayed data is now complete. You need to run prerelease version 2010 which is coming out in a few minutes.

You will need the Advanced Sierra Chart service package.

The data will be accessible when using Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service >> SC Data -All Services.

The next step is for us to release a delayed version of our trade simulator and we are also going to give users the ability to create their own trading accounts.

One thing we want to point out with this delayed data is the first time delayed data is requested for a symbol, this can be among any user, there will not be data transmitted for it until 10 minutes later.

This is due to the internal efficient design of Sierra Chart market data processing on the server side where only those symbols subscribed to, have data transmitted and processed subsequent to the source data feed.

Historical market depth data will eventually be added.

In regards to post #30, you need to change your service package to the Advanced package. Instructions:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Ok we request that everyone wait about three hours for us to work more on the authorization for this delayed data feed because we can see certain issues regarding authorization for streaming and historical data since there may be scenarios where the data is not authorized.

Unfortunately this is all very complex contending with all of this but we will get it all worked out in the next couple of hours. This will be out in version 2011.

One additional note. When Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to SC Data - All Services and if you are using one of the Sierra Chart Exchange data feeds including the Denali feed, and then you want to just to receive delayed data only you then would uncheck Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. And then reconnect to the data feed after.

Dear Support,

I use the new v2011 and I am still having mixed results with the delayed feed when testing:

Some instruments update correctly, like ES, where both depth data and price goes through correctly. There is also a full market depth displayed.

Some other instrument, like ZN: the price updates go through but the market depth has several levels missing randomly (see attached screenshot).

Update: I found the randomly missing levels on the US treasuries only, until now. Everything else (GC, CL, etc) works perfectly.

We will get the problem resolved. It is an issue with the Price Display Format not correctly being passed through the data feed on the server side.

The issue with Market Depth data for bond contracts is now resolved. We are also going to release this data feed by default for our Sierra Chart TT order routing service. And also we are going to be releasing a delayed version of the Simulated Futures Trading service and give users the ability to create their own trade accounts. And make account balance adjustments. And share their trading activity.

And a web-based trading panel will be released for both the Sierra Chart order routing service and the simulated futures trading service.

When using the delayed datafeed there are no Ask prices displayed on the DOM for the E6Z19 symbol. Neither when using the bid/ask price display on the charts.

Regarding the interruptions with the delayed data feed today, we have discovered the reason for the issue and we are correcting it now. We are going to do one more restart in a couple of minutes which will mean that the delayed data feed will be down for 10 minutes. And then it should be fine going forward.
