Error notice - cannot not clear

Hello: I am receiving the below error: ""You have performed an operation which cannot be completed because this chart is being referenced by studies in another charts in the chartbook. Do you want to clear those references?" I references the cue to help clear this error, but error message has blocked the charts, I cannot not access a chart long enough to try and clear the error message, Help! |

Yes, I clicked yes, but the error box is repeatly coming up. I cannot close sierra charts, have to go to task manager. When I open it again, same thing, error box appears and after I select "yes" another error box will immediately appear. Help

I was just able to get back to opening sierra charts now. the error box appeared, I clicked yes and the box did not pop up again. I think I am ok for now.
