Hello there, I have a live futures account with AMP using CGQ data and Sierra Chart charting package. AS AMP customer I'm thinking to switch to Denali Data Feed for 20$. Will I be able to use two simultaneous connections? |

Thanks, I read it but still it's not clear. 1. In order to have two connections (new instance is enough) do I have to activate Denali data feed directly from my Sierra Chart account or AMP? There is an option in AMP to use Denali Data Feed for 20$ however they say its only for one connection and I'm simply not convienced about knowlegde of their support and want to confirm with you as source. 2. Would I have to pay for additional license? Currently my license costs are covered by AMP. |

Why do you want two connections? You just need one connection to use it with CQG. 1. AMP offers Denali feed only as package with TT order routing. Do you recomend using this package and switching from CQG to TT routing or we should stay with CQG for excecution? 2. AMP says they cannot setup Denali datafeed with CQG excecution and it should be setup directly with SierraChart if someone wants to stay with CQG. Could you confirm? 3. Replying to post number 4 I need to have two instances of SC running at the same time for my scanners - Tradeguider software. There are diffrent settings for two scanners that I usetherefore I cannot use thrm on one platform. I already confirmed with TG that what I need is to be able to open a new instance and use two scanners independenty. Can you please advise how to achieve it? |

1. It is perfectly fine to use the TT execution. 2. In order to not create more confusion, we will agree with what they say. 3. AMP already have the ability to do this. You need to keep the incidents with TT in perspective, there are greater incidents we hear about with CQG overall. And since those incidents with TT, there has not been any continued problem on the TT side that we are aware of. And there certainly would not be on the Sierra Chart side. You need to install two installations of Sierra Chart. Disregard the prior answer. It has been removed. The CQG symbol settings have been corrected back to as they should be. And we have corrected the settings for SC Data-All Services.
