simulated trades, orders getting filled at actual market price instead of simulated price

im running the replay to make trades. Using ascil to to enter market orders. Orders keep getting filled at the actual last market price, instead of the current simulated market price. Trade simulation mode is on. am i missing a setting somewhere?
