Hi,

I'm looking to get Sierra Chart integrated with my Interactive Broker live trading account with CQG data. Previously I have just used the DOM with IB but would like the possibility of chart trading and seeing all my orders within SC.

I have reviewed some previous threads from back in December but cannot seem to get it working real time. There is always a chunk of data missing for the last 10 or so minutes. I'm assuming I'm back filling with SC Historical feed and and real time is solely coming from IB.

Currently I have two completely separate install for SC but was wondering if there is a sample symbol config file that you might have. I'm looking to integrate the US equity indexes.

I understand the best implementation is to go with SC's integrated real time feed but that would mean tripling what I would be paying for for the charging license.

Thank you.

We are only going to help you by telling you to use one of these two data feeds:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Denali Exchange Data Feed

We would never help you to use CQG in this particular case. This is a matter of firm policy with the functionality you need to use to accomplish what you want. We are going to phase out the CQG data feed eventually.

And your costs are not going to be triple. Our data feeds are very cheap.

Hi, I wasn't aware of a second feed option with the "Denali" feed. Are you able to tell me what the source of this feed is? I beleive I read somewhere that the main feed SC provides is from Barchart.

Is SC looking drop all external feed functionality of their product in the future? Ninja seems to being going down that route with their own brokerage which was a great disservice to alot of their userbase.

You are right on it not being 3x. It would be 2.4x the cost. $36 a month for the platform, $35 for real time subscription (didn't know about Denali), $15.75 for the main futures symbols. Is that basically the base costs for the data or am I missing another option?

Lastly, are you able to confirm whether the functionality is still there to integrate my current CQG feed?

The source of our CME feeds provided through our Exchange Data services, is the CME multicast feeds direct from the exchange. Barchart and Nirvana, are only vendors of record. The software and hardware is our own. Although in each of those cases we are using their network infrastructure and server rack space.

For Denali data feed costs, refer to:

Lastly, are you able to confirm whether the functionality is still there to integrate my current CQG feed?
