A gap appeared in my chart so I went Edit -> delete all data and download. Now every time the data is redownloaded, it starts at the current time, for example right now it is 11:01, no bars are on the left of my chart prior to 11:01 and one is appearing to the right as of now. I went to my chart settings and changed the data range in file to 'From: 1029-09-02 To: 2019-09-12', but after I click apply and it says its redownloading data, I still get no data to the left. Basically my aggregation starts at the current time and I get nothing in the past. Please help, thanks.

Every time I try and change the date range in file of loaded days it returns to 'From: 2019/09/12'

It sounds like there is an error downloading historical Intraday data. Refer to:

Can you do this when you have a chance like after the market has closed or now if you can:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

You definitely have some kind of network connectivity problem may be caused by a firewall on your computer or somewhere else. This is the problem:
