How to archive Time and Sales automatically in a CSV file for offline vieweing

Hello,
Is there a way to setup continuous real-time archive of time and sales data in a CSV for offline viewing?
Currently, I am exporting the data into a spread-sheet which I can view only inside Sierra chart.

This happens automatically because the data is stored in Intraday data files. Here is the relevant documentation for this:
