To whom it may concern, I am a long time user of Sierra Chart. I was just wondering if the recent events for Sierra Chart not supporting server side OCO is only temporary or permanent through CQG? If it is only temporary, is there a rough timeframe as to when it will be supported again? If it is permanant, is there another way to get server side OCO support through CQG or another data service provider as it is dangerous for your stop loss entries not to be active? Kind regards, Elias |

It is server side bracket orders with CQG which are not supported and this is definitely 110% permanent. You need to change to this service for server side bracket orders: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
