How can I sync control bar configuration and trade window config files between instances?

Even manually if needed, how can I load an already configured control bar into another instance without constructing it over again from scratch or having all my other settings overwritten?

The Trade Window Configuration files are in the Data folder and end with .twconfig. Sierra.cfg worked to copy control bars but overrode the files to open on startup settings for different instances, hopefully no other important settings were overridden. Would be useful if possible to save/load some of these settings independently/easily without overriding others.
