Hello, In the past, I could change the settings and pull 10 years worth of data. In the last month, the system will not allow me to import more than years worth of data. When I change the dates they revert back to about a year's worth of data. How can I fix this? Also, I apologize for the poor explanation but it's like one day it wouldn't import any more data. I use python for backtesting and building models. Also is there a way to get more robust backtesting in Sierra? To have a more detailed report like you get with TradeStation, Quantopian, Quantconnect etc? Thanks Customer service warrior! |

We are not sure whether you are referring to a Historical Daily chart or an Intraday chart. In the case of an Intraday chart, refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data And refer to: Continuous Futures Contract Charts There are quite a lot of details for the results of back testing on the Trade Statistics tab: Trade Activity Log: Trade Statistics Tab Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
