Hi, I paid my monthly fees a day late and then had to reactivate my quotes, cash symbols and futures. I'm not sure what didn't work, but I am NOT getting any futures quotes. I tried resetting my futures connection to a trading account with no success.

Restart Sierra Chart and on the Login window enable "Force Login". And make sure Sierra Chart successfully connects to TD Ameritrade.

I hit "Force Login" in the Log In box but I still dont get futures quotes.

Maybe you do not have enough funds in your TD Ameritrade account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
