Hello, i have a problem with the application. I have already login with my user name and password in the trial version, but i can't connect to the app. I have already contact with the IT helpdesk and the security department and they mention me that is not our problem. Currently I am waiting for your response. Thanks in advance.

I currently use Bloomberg. I just need Sierra for advanced charting (footprint deltas, market profile, orderflow, etc)
