Can't connect to Rithmic

About 20 minutes into the day session (6:50 Pacific Time)Rithmic froze. I have not been able to reconnect to Rithmic. When I try to connect SC freezes and I don't get any error messages. Everything else works. Is there an issue with Rithmic or is it just on my end? TIA

With the way the connection to Rithmic is handled it does not make sense that Sierra Chart would freeze. This is not possible.

At first I didn't know what the problem was but I kept getting Not Responding when I tried to connect to Rithmic (or if I first connected successfully to Rithmic and then tried to open a Chartbook. Maybe I used the wrong term by saying freezing but I then checked my charts and noticed that on some charts the settings for the number of days to load was quite excessive. I reduced the number of days and everything worked fine.
