Cannot connect to Transact Trading service. URGENT.

Hi, I no longer can connect to Transact. Please note that I can successfully login into their AT platform. So, it means my username and pwd is correct. (In fact I called up Transact and they are saying everything is fine from their end.) They must have resolved this. And only Transact can resolve this. We cannot. The best we can do is tell them about the problem directly ourselves.
