The status is waiting ti reconnect...
Sometimes it turns to be disconnected. Still, I press con button, it still does not connect. Is it normal? Please fix this before market open.

We see you are using CQG. First thing we want you to do although this is not relevant to the issue is that you need to update . This is critical as the version you are running is going to be discontinued in about two weeks. For instructions refer to:
