Reversal bars and DOM

I can’t display ask and bid pull as well as CT bid and CT ask on the DOM. How can I do so? See attachment 1 Also when i want the chart to show 10 ticks reversal bars I see only a black screen. Am I missing something? The chart in your second image uses the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the following for the Numbers Bars study: Numbers Bars If you are having a problem displaying the basic Reversal bars, then we need to help with that first.
