If these charts are from within the same instance of Sierra Chart, there cannot be any difference of the High and Low values for the same period of time if all 24 hours of data is loaded in the chart. Make sure to check the Session Times to load all 24 hours of data in each chart: Chart Session Times Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Also the correct high for that period of time is: Chart Values for Tools Y: 17.460 Tue 2019-08-13 06:00:00.000 Begin Time Region 1 SIZ19 60 Min #1 () Price Chg: -0.030 Open: 17.605 High: 17.625 Low: 17.570 Last: 17.570 Volume: 284 # of Trades: 202 OHLC Avg: 17.593 HLC Avg: 17.588 HL Avg: 17.597 Bid Volume: 130 Ask Volume: 154 So neither price you are showing is actually correct. Re-download the data from that point in time: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. the do come from the same instance I've done the delete/download step I don't know where you're getting the values from in your report block above, but the values I'm writing are from the levels drawn and snapped to bar highs on the D1 and H1 charts, which I have confirmed with the OHLC values Could this have to do with the roll calculation method The charts are for Dec contract, and the price point I'm referring to is in the 'past'. But why would it go different for the D1, H1 time frames? If not that, what else could it be? |

We did not realize that this was a continuous futures contract chart, at least the Daily one appears to be, because the indicator at the top left is not showing. We need to see why that is the case. Make sure the Chart >> Chart Settings >>Advanced Settings >> Continuous Contract option is set the same between both of those charts.
