I keep getting this error when trading live, never in Sim mode: Auto-trade: SPXL-STK-SMART 0.05 Range #2 | SS-SPXL-R5 | BuyEntry | Bar start date-time: 2019-08-26 09:34:37.001 | BuyEntry signal is ignored because a Long position exists or working order quantities indicate a potential Long position, and 'Multiple Entries in Same Direction' is not enabled. Position: 900. Position with all working orders: 0. Position with Market working orders: 900 | 2019-08-26 09:34:39 I tried setting Multiple Entries in the Same Direction and that gave this error message -> SPXL-STK-SMART 0.05 Range #2 | SendOrdersToTradeService is not consistent with 'Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On' setting. Order action ignored. | 2019-08-27 09:48:25 I am using Buy Entry logic with Spread Sheet auto trading Logic rings true but order does not fill Trade window uses BE targets Trade window has Quantity of 900, Market Spreasheet has J26 Order Quantity of 900 or it drops to 1 after a trade Attach Trade Window to Chart is on Chart Trade Mode on Show Order Fills on Show Orders and Position on Auto Trading Enabled - Global and Chart on Max Pos Allowed = 1000 |

Hello support Team. Do you have a canned list of reasons why Automated Trading works fine in Sim mode, but not with a Live account. Been struggling with go live for awhile now. Thanks |

'Send Orders to Trade Service' must be set to Yes for live trading, and set to No for Sierra sim.

In regards to this: I tried setting Multiple Entries in the Same Direction and that gave this error message -> SPXL-STK-SMART 0.05 Range #2 | SendOrdersToTradeService is not consistent with 'Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On' setting. Order action ignored. | 2019-08-27 09:48:25
