tool bar text and symbols missing after updating to version 1978

Please help. I cant see names or symbols of the toolbar since I updated my Application. New version installed 1978 32bit

You need to go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings: Graphics Settings And adjust the Control Bar: Button Default Background color to what you want to use. Check the other colors for the control bar to be sure they are set as you require. This will solve the problem.
