Denali Feed + CQG order execution -- no spread data

when using Denali feed and CQG execution, cannot get CME recognized exchange spreads to show, either on charts, quoteboard or DOM. using the CQG symbology. could not find on the Denali page where spreads were not supported. please advise. this is on CME group products, and running version 1974

You cannot use the CQG symbols . You must use the Sierra Chart symbols. Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Exchange Traded Spreads Therefore you cannot trade using those using those spread symbols when using CQG. This will never change.
