Netted exchange connection

Hi SC,

We have recently enabled the CBOt exchange connection through netting for my sierra account, and have completed all the steps in the Exchange Activation/Deactivation page, but when i use SC Data All Services to open any symbol i get a message about symbol settings not available and exchange not allowed.

I am not able to get real time connection up and running after following the steps in documentation, so please help me get this done. I am not sure if there is a different configuration required for my subscription as it stands.

I have been informed that my CME netting has been approved through Barchart, however i am still not able to access the exchange (CBOT). The [M] is visible now, however it is not able to extract the symbol settings and shows a Exchange Not Authorized message.

Please let me know if there is a different configuration required for my account specifically.
