Hi SC,

Recently i have netted my CBOT subscription for my Sierra account, as displayed in my account control panel, however, i am still not able to get real time data using SC Data All services (also tried with SC Futures Order Routing Service since CME needs a trading account). The account cotrol panel shows my balance as less than my monthly subscription but i am not sure if that is the only issue. Attached below is my message log.

Please help me set up the real time connection.
