Hi, before i can click delete and download data, sierra chart just shuts down automatically. what is wrong? |

Start Sierra Chart again and disable Open Files on Startup on the Login window. And enable Safe Mode. Do not open any of your Chartbooks. Open Intraday charts for the symbols you use through File >> New/Open Intraday Chart. And then follow the instructions below: To re-download the data in the chart to correct the data error during the 17:00 US Eastern time hour on 2019-08-20: Scroll the chart back in time to that data error then right-click on the chart before the data error and select Delete and Download Data.
