Hi,
my connection sierra platform doesn't work.
i can trade on rithmic, but when i try trde on sierra recieve massage :
Order Error-Rithmic Trading ... Account not active.
Can you please help me?

We apologize for the delay. That looks like an order rejection error. Contact your broker and give them the exact message and they will take care of it for you. But we would like to look at it anyway. Here are the instructions to provide that:

My broker check with Rithmic it's ok.
I can trade on Rithmic app.

No your account is not ok. Contact your broker and insist there is a problem they must resolve. Only they can resolve this. Once again insist they take care of the problem. Only they can do this. That is 10,000% clear. Have them contact Rithmic for help.
