You must not have therefore re-downloaded the data.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

That is not working on all charts - yes realise you said only need do once for each symbol
some cases it is not working
Running two instances - and trying to complete in both instances

Ok you need to first do the re-downloading of data first in the main instance and then the sub instances.

Thank you - I think this has worked with the exception of one symbol - I am having trouble resetting the data for F.US.GCEZ19 - on an hourly chart that appears still affected - yet the 5 min chart is not.

You should not have any problem with this. Just fully re-download the data first in the main instance for that symbol:
