I am unable to access Sierra Chart through the firewall at work and would like to request a pro-rated refund. Please advise.

We do not do any automatic billing. If you do not wish to continue to use the software and our services, there is nothing you need to do. Your account will end on your usage time ending date.

There are still 5 months left on my account that have been prepaid - since I am unable to use the service, I'd like to get those months refunded. It would be unfair to have to pay for a service I cannot use, especially having been a subscriber for many years.
