SC Data Feed outages overnight

I'm using Sierra Chart Data feed. There have been several outages overnight and into the early morning (8/20/19), the most recent just occurring as i write this at 7:22 am central time. Can you tell me why? |

What do you mean by this? There have been no outages at all. It sounds like you had an Internet connectivity issue. Earlier we did do a software update on one of the servers and transferred users to another server but that would have been just nothing more than a two second reconnection. But it was not at the time of this: the most recent just occurring as i write this at 7:22 am central time.
