intermittent disconnects from Rithmic with Top Step Trader combine account

I am getting intermittent disconnects from Rithmic with a TST SIM combine account. I had this issue with CTS T4 and it was recommended that I switch to Rithmic to remedy the problem. Well, it's back.

My internet connection is solid each time. The disconnect is usually brief. The big problem is that if I have an open trade with an OCO stop and limit. The stop and limit are dropped even though once in a position the limit and stop are supposed to be stored on Rithmic's server.

Top Step tells me to restart my computer and, or, to check with you. This does not resolve the issue and takes longer than waiting for the reconnect.

Can you give me any advice.

Thank you

same problem here with disconnect but also had another problem. Yesterday Rithmic (TST) lagged 2m behind CQG after the CL rally started. I couldn't take any trades during this time andit took over 30m for Rithmic to catch up

This does not make sense. We need to see the information from the Trade Activity Log for this. Refer to:

There will be no cost in this case for this.

I agree, it does not make sense.

One more item.
Each time this has happened I have had a stuck open position on my trade log. In order to make any sense of my position, I have gone into the Trade Activity Log - Trade Activity, and deleted the open fill. While this may not be a correct rendering of my P&L, I had no choice as I always had on open/un offset entry.

Does this eliminate your ability to see what is going on? I assume it would. Shall I wait until it happens again to send you a log?

Please let me know what I should do.

Thank you
