BATS data for XLC.BZ not working today

I can download real-time intraday data for many S&P sector ETFs (XLF.BZ, XLK.BZ, XLV.BZ, etc), but today I have been unable to receive any data for XLC.BZ. I've deleted and reloaded data several times today, and I've also closed my XLC.BZ chart, deleted the XLC.BZ.scid file, restarted Sierra Chart and opened a brand new intraday XLC.BZ chart multiple times, but nothing has worked to provide XLC.BZ data for today --> my chart simply stops showing data as of yesterday's close. I searched the support board for similar issues, but came up empty. This is probably operator error on my part (I'm a very new SC subscriber), so I apologize in advance if that's the case. Any assistance you can offer will be much appreciated. Thank you |

All we can say is that for some reason on BATS that particular symbol was not receiving any data on August 13, 2019. This is all we know for the time being.
