My intent was to use Sierra Charting for real time futures charting, in particular wanting to plot the NOB (Notes over 30 yr Bond) and receive the real time data using a Sierra Chart data service. My Sierra Chart fees are active and I paid an amount of $15.00 for the Denali Data , but I am only receiving delayed data. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks H. Hampton. |

If all the symbols you need are on the CME Group of exchanges, then you just need to finish setting up the data feed by selecting the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. You can do this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed But first read over this section first: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Also, you will need to add credit to your account in order to cover the cost of the exchange(s) you activate.
