I have done some searching on this and while it does seem like there are a number of support requests related to my problem, I am not finding anything that might help me fix it. First, everything I do which includes real-time updates, live trading, auto trading - etc. seems to work perfectly. I don't know of anything else not working other than my problem. Throughout the day I will start up my charts and they will work perfect. Updates - etc. At some point in the day (it doesn't seem to be any specific time) they stop updates and do not re-start. It could be related to a data stream interruption, but it may not. The frustrating part is that the program re-connects flawlessly if there is an interruption. The real-time update corresponds to the data feed. This appears in the chart itself but the candle bars do not update and the chart is stuck at X time period. The time stamp on the chartbook is also stuck although the program itself is showing the correct time. I have a screenshot of this if you need it. If I do a manual disconnect and then a manual connect the charts update and continue to update. This happens in various chart symbols and happens when I only have one symbol updating/one chartbook updating. Attached are the log files that I saved from Friday. The first log (separated by *********) is prior to the manual disconnect. The second log is after the manual reconnect. The log files are the full file from last Friday.
