[Programming Help] - getting the precise datetime/index of a drawing from a lower timeframe chart

Is it possible to get the precise datetime/index from a higher tf calling chart? For example i have a m15 and m1 chart. Set to copy drawings from each other. I make a vertical line drawing in the m15 chart. then in the m1 chart I adjust it slightly, so the drawing doesn't move in the m15 (because its still within the same bar) but different on the m1 chart. Is there a way to get the precise datetime/index of the m1 chart, calling from the m15 chart? If that is not possible, is there a way to get the precise datetime/index from the m1 chart, even though the drawing originated from the m15 chart? It seems like because the m1 chart has a copy of the drawing from the m15 chart, i cant access that m1 copy to get its values. thanks
