[Programming Help] - Pointer vs Cross

I have a general question. Please have a look at the attached gif files. I use SC on two PCs. Both PCs have the same settings. On both PCs "Chart Values Tools" is always on. On PC1 the pointer is visible and I can open the TVW with one click. That's fine and my favorite setting. Unfortunately this is not the case on PC2. There is only the Cross visible to open the TVW. I would like to have the pointer displayed on PC2 instead of the cross. Is there a possibility and why two difference appearance?
